General Conditions

· Fees include: level test, tuition, teaching material (textbooks on a loan basis leaving a 20 euro deposit which is refunded when the student returns the book), attendance certificate, accommodation (if required), free Internet access and Wi-Fi.
. To reserve a place on a course it is necessary to follow the instructions indicated in the school brochure or on our web page.
. Minimum age: 16 years old except for Junior Summer Course (from 15 years old).
. All fees should be paid at least one week before the start of course.
. No discounts or refunds are applicable to classes lost to public holidays, nor if the student is unable to attend the course for any reason. These classes are not recoverable.

Course Terms:
. Classes are held in the mornings or afternoons. Timetable availability will depend on the level and student numbers and can vary during the course.
. The organization of our courses leads to periodic changes of teacher and group, which are closely coordinated by our Director of Studies and staff.
. Students may take up to four weeks of holiday on an Academic Year course and up to two weeks of holiday on an Academic Semester. The class time missed during your holiday can be recovered when you get back to school.

Cancellation fees:
. Cancellation notice received more than two weeks before the course/accommodation starting date: 150 euros.
. Cancellation notice received less than two weeks before the course/accommodation starting date: 2 week's fees.
. No fees are refundable after the course/accommodation starting date. The school is only able to offer a refund if the contracted course has to be cancelled by the school.
