What level of Spanish is required to take part in your extra-curricular
activities?
None at all. Even our students who have no previous experience of
Spanish can enjoy these activities. Are there any
medical restrictions on your extra-curricular activities?
We don’t usually schedule activities that are strenuous or risky.
However, it is the responsibility of every individual student to get
information on each activity and decide if it is personally appropriate
to his/her level of fitness. What kind of extra-curricular
activities do you usually offer?
There are three types of activities: cultural (e.g. visit Sagrada
Familia temple), social (e.g. salsa classes) and Saturday away trips
(e.g. to the historic seaside town of Sitges). The approximate cost
is 6 to 8 euros for a 2,5 hour activity, or 40 euros for a day-trip.
How are your students’ preferences evaluated?
Our students are always welcome to express their opinions regarding
the school, classes, accommodation and activities, using the welcome
sheet or e-mail, or speaking directly to the corresponding person
in charge. We also give them regular questionnaires to gauge their
levels of satisfaction and constantly improve our systems.
Will I be placed with students who have the same customs that
I do?
This is unlikely, as you will be studying with a wide range of international
students, all of whom, like you, want to learn to speak Spanish. Every
year approximately 700 students of all nationalities study at abcCollege.

This is not essential, but highly recommendable, so that possible
